- Shipping cost is calculated from Korea to the destination country.
- Every order is normally shipped out within 72 hours from the time of receiving the order.
- If a shipping delay occurs, we inform customers of the issue within 72 hours.
- We are unable to ship to the following address: P.O. Box, APO, FPO, DPO.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:
- Shipping Time will take 3-15days depending on the destination
- This doesn’t include our 1-3 day processing time.
- All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.
International shipments will be subject to applicable customs, tariffs, duties, and any required taxes (i.e., VAT). These costs will be your responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges. You may be charged these additional costs upon delivery.
Delivery Failure
1. Refund
- The refund process will NOT be proceeded until StyledKorea is informed any official results from the couriers.
- The customer MUST provide us the proof of evidence such as pictures for any issues occurred
2. Unclaimed Return
- If a parcel is returned to StyledKorea because it was unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
- StyledKorea is not responsible for unclaimed parcels.
Customs Tax
- We do our best to avoid this situation, but we cannot guarantee it will not get caught on customs.
- If some charges occur, it is the buyer's responsibility since it is beyond our control.
